This unique one bedroom one bathroom condo is a one and only in Schuss Village.We are located next to the golf club house and the main Lodge where the base of the ski slopes are.This is an upper unit with no other condos in the building. This unique amenity gives you peace and quiet while you vacation.You will have:*A queen bed with a brand new mattress in the bedroom.*A newly renovated beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower* A full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. This kitchen is a rarity in a one bedroom in Schuss Village. It is fully stocked with dishes pots and pans and some cooking spices that you may need.* A washer and dryer which is also a rare feature in a one bedroom.* A wood burning fireplace with wood provided.* A pool pass to enjoy the pool and hot tub just acrossthe street and also the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Belliare.* A private locked ski/ golf club locker.We are 5 miles from Bellaire where there is a restaurant for everyone including Shorts Brewery.30 miles to Traverse City or Petoskey. 15 minutes to Torch Lake. Ask me about other attractions in the area.You won’t find a more beautiful spot for fall colors!Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal) and the Lakeview indoor and out door pools and hot tubs.
