This second-floor condo is just steps from the beach! Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen with a dining area, and a deck that overlooks the beach.Please note: This is the ONLY place we list this rental. To avoid scammers, please do not book outside of VRBO.To get you settled in, there will be a trash bag, a dishwasher detergent pod, and a roll of toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. Please bring additional for the remainder of your stay.**Please supply your own linens and towels**We have Wi-Fi, but do not have cable. We have provided an Amazon Firestick, which allows you to use Netflix and various TV apps.The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and silverware. There is a washer and dryer along with a storage room in the basement for your beach items.While our unit does not have AC, it is equipped with ceiling fans in each bedroom and the dining area, and we provide additional box fans. The many windows and slider door to our deck allow for a generous cross breeze as well.
