The master has a king size bed and flat screen tv and private full bathroom with shower stall. Have access to the balcony that has a beach front view with lounge chairs and table. The sunsets from the unit are absolutely beautiful. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Just off the second bedroom is a full guest bathroom. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with a view of the ocean. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and the kitchen is open to the dining area. Kima condos has some of the best views on the beach. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen TV and a leather sofa with two other chairs. Pastel colors and beach decor complete the unit. Wifi and a reserved parking space just adds to the amenities of this unit.The building offers use of a swimming pool which is heated year round. There are lounge chairs available for use along with several picnic tables. An outside shower is available to wash any sand away before enjoying the pool. An advantage to Kima is the pool and patio area which offer a view of the ocean and sunsets every evening.John’s Pass Village is just a short walk away. You’ll find shopping, dining and multiple water sport rental shops one mile down Gulf Boulevard. You can walk down to John’s Pass from the beach side and enjoy dinner or a drink from one of the many restaurants and take Uber back to the condo, its fun!
