There is water run off in the back yard/side of house w/about 3-6inches of water.- The 2nd floor Master LOFT Bedroom is a private space but there is NO door at the top of the landing to block off the staircase from the room OR to block out noise/sound, light sleepers would likely prefer one of the downstairs bedrooms.-We have Wi-Fi Ring cameras pointing at main entrance/front sidewalk/steps/landing/back door/steps. Cameras record motion 24/7 and are accessible via ring app 24/7 for security purposes only. There are NO interior cameras.-We are close to the woods, there’s everything from loud birds to bugs to wildlife visitors, careful with children/your pups and please don’t leave food or drinks out in the house, that will attract bugs inside!-House is only accessible via stairs.-Ideally sleeps 6 but we have a high quality air mattress to sleep up to 8
