This Art Deco themed home is located in, Atlanta GA, only a 5 minute drive to downtown Atlanta, in a beautiful, safe neighborhood.This home includes 1 queen sized memory foam beds and 1 bedrooms with1 full bathroom. The bedroom has its own Roku Smart TV. There’s also a TV in the living room.The home also features a dining table that seats 4. There’s plenty of cookware and dining sets, as well as silverware, coffee, and filtered water.Our spaces have all the essentials you need for your stay!-Flexible self check-in-24/7 virtual support-Super-fast WiFi (1000 mbps!)-Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room-Fresh linen, towels, wash cloths, and hand towels-Free parking-Bathroom essentials: body wash, shampoo, hair dryer-Cooking needs: appliances, cookware, toaster, microwave, toasterFAQS:Q: Why isn’t it allowing me to book just Friday and Saturday and check-out on Sunday? Can I do that?A: Due to high demand for weekends, we have a 3 night minimum starting on Fridays. You would need to check-in on or before Friday, and check-out no earlier than Monday.Q: Are there dishes and cooking utensils?A: We provide plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, silverware, spatulas, pots, pans, cookie sheets, and a cutting board. The kitchen also has a microwave and toaster. Q: Is the neighborhood safe?A: Yep! We only invest in safe neighborhoods.Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?A: Nope! We provide all of this!Q: Would we be able to check-in early?A: Unfortunately, due to the amount of time required to clean the property, I cannot accommodate an early check-in. If you are interested In checking in early, please book the night prior to your stay so that you can check-in as early as you like. We offer the same solution for checking out late: please book an additional night to check-out as late as needed.Q: I see that you have a guest limit. I’m already at the limit for those who are spending the night, but I also have some family visiting during the day but they won’t be spending the night. Would that be ok?A: The guest limit includes those who aren’t spending the night. As long as you don’t reach the max limit with those who are in the home at one time, it would be fine.Q: Do you have an age requirement?” A: 25 and older is required.Q: Is there room for additional vehicles? For example, street parking? A: We can only allow up to 1 vehicle, and we cannot offer street parking due to neighbors. If you have extra vehicles, you may park them at a local grocery store and then carpool back.Q: Is smoking allowed outside? A: We cannot allow smoking outside due to the neighbors, or inside the home due to the smell.Q: Can I see your other properties?A: Sure thing! Please click on our main profile and it’ll display all our homes.Q: Can I call you about this home before booking?A: This platform blocks links, phone numbers and emails from getting sent through messages unless there is an active booking. We also keep communication through this platform after you book as well to ensure quality service. Please message us through this platform and we’ll respond ASAP!Q: Can I view this home before booking?A: Although we usually direct potential guests to rely on the professional photos and my hundreds of reviews rather than view beforehand, you are welcome to schedule a viewing for a refundable $50 fee that shall be refunded should you end up booking. Q: Luggage drop-off/storage?A: If you do not have flights that correspond with the check-in and check-out times, we can allow you to drop off luggage on the same day as your check-in (after 11am) for a $50 fee.Limit of 1 vehicle.This is a basement below this home that may or may not be occupied during your stay. It has a private entrance, and they won’t be able to enter your space.You don’t have access to the upstairs of the home, or the patio.There isn’t a washer or dryer available.There aren’t any cameras inside the home. For security purposes only, there are two Ring video cameras on the property. One is a doorbell camera that shows who is at the door. The other is either at the rear door to the property and shows portions of the back yard or showing the driveway.★ DAMAGE INSURANCE ★ We know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. If such an unfortunate event occurs, please relax as Opuluxe provides guests with up to $1,500 in coverage for damages to the property, furnishings, or fixtures during their stay. Please let us know as soon as there are damages, and we can get it taken care of by filing a claim after you check-out.
