Pool stairs into 2 foot shallow end slopes to 12 feet in deep end. Kids should always have adult supervision!Mid-Stay cleans are mandatory for stays 31 days and longer;Every 30 day period, 1 mid-stay clean with no linens $275 + GET/TAT/HTAT = $324.40 or with linen changes $350 + GET/TAT = $412.871.The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking.2. Online bookings are subject to manager or owner approval.3. All children must be supervised by adult.
