Convenient barbecue areas are located on the 4th floor south-east and south-west corners of the building, with amazing gulf views.There are four elevators, one on the East and West ends of the building and two in the center. Access to this unit is easiest via the center elevators.Each unit is provided with two parking passes, one for the main parking garage and one for the adjacent lot across from Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant.
