Guests must follow all traffic and parking guidelines mandated by law and by the Association inorder to avoid towing.CLUBHOUSE5. The Clubhouse for The Retreat is The Oasis6. Open from Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 9pmTRASH9. Trash must be placed out in the container by 7am.10. Trash cannot be placed by the curb, under trees, in the yard, etc. and must be inside, orimmediately adjacent to the trash bench in order to be collected.11. All trash must be inside bags, they must be tied.12. Any loose trash within the container or trash bin will not be collected if not bagged.13. No liquids and no hazardous or medical waste.14.
