You’re also able to access the canoe, which is located near the pond.We like to meet you when you arrive, show you around, and answer questions you may have. If we are unable to meet you when you arrive, we will give you notice and instructions to get settled in.We live on the property and will most likely be here working away from the cabin to ensure you have privacy. Most days we can be reached very quickly if you need us. Please feel free to message, call or knock on the door. In addition, we have a dog named Wally. He is an eleven year old Beagle and a very calm loving dog. You might meet him if we bring him along with us at your arrival. We live on the property and do not have neighbors around it, although you will see two houses across the pond, that’s the closest neighbors.Having a vehicle is easy to get around town. There is no lift or Uber or even taxis available in our area.In winter months, having winter tires or even better an AWD system vehicle is a must. Winter in Vermont is harsh with roads being very slippery. We have a second rental, the Treehouse on Walker Pond. It’s about 200 ft from the Osprey Cabin .
