Our condominium is located in the heart of the medical district. A short walk to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. This historical home was built in 1820 but has since been converted into condos. Located on the ground floor, there are no stairs to enter the unit.Minimum stay requirement – 28 nights.Only one designated space available to park. Down the short hallway are a private bathroom with new walk-in shower and the bedroom. Bedroom features a queen-sized bed, sitting area, and television (streaming service only, to be provided by guest). A large closet is also available to guests for storage.**Pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dog maximum. **
