The bayside location is perfect for those that love amazing sunsets, bird watching in addition to fishing off the bay or in the stocked pond so bring your pole and waders! The Pointe West Beach Club and Beach is also yours to enjoy, both are less than a 2-minute drive across the road in your car or for more adventure rent a golf cart & utilize the underground tunnel and pathways to this area. Grills and Fire Pits arelocated throughout the property for grilling up your catch of the day or roasting s’mores.This home has front door Ring for security purposes. Inside this top floor condo offers 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds (both full over full). Sleeps 9 comfortably including a pack n’ play for your little ones. 4 High Def LED TV’s with Xfinity cable and steaming capabilities, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, baby/toddler essentials (monitors, sound machines, high chair), indoor and outdoor dining plus so much more!Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, and other attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, pools, elevators or restaurants. Those are separate entities.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable.IMPORTANT TO KNOW:*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required.
