Aloha!We are Keone and Yonnell Farias. We were both born and raised here on this wonderful island. We welcome you to our beautiful new home and would be happy to share with you our favorite places. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Waiakea Uka, we are a short 10-minute ride from the airport, 35 minutes to the Volcano, and just a few minutes from local grocery stores and eateries!Waiākea Uka is translated as “the mountainside” of Waiākea. There are beautiful views of both Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa mountain. The University of Hawaii at Hilo is located in the Waiākea district as well. There are parks and convenience stores within walking distance to the house but a car would be more suitable.Our house is your home away from home.We want you to feel at home during your stay. We also respect your privacy. The keypad entry allows you to come and go at your convenience. We live nearby and are only a call or text away for any questions, suggestions, and housekeeping needs you may have.
