This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six smart TVs (one 65-inch flat screen, YouTube TV) and Wi-Fi (high-speed Internet) are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets, and one trundle. Outdoor features include a 14-by-12.5-foot heated saltwater swimming pool, large oceanfront deck, sundeck, private beach access, two outdoor dressing rooms with separate showers, and ample parking for five to six vehicles. The swimming pool can be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 50°. The swimming pool can be heated upon request year-round when air temperatures are above 50°.
