Great location, close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa and Airport, We- Ko-Pa casino and Mayo Clinic and Cubs spring training ballpark. Located on a desert wash with lots of privacy. One story, one car garage, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, Tv, sitting area with a full size pull out couch, patio doors that led to back patio. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with another full bath right next door, large closet and TV. Sofa in living room has pull out queen bed, and TV. Washer and Dryer located in a closet in the kitchen. There are Patio doors in dining area, living room and in the master bedroom. which lead to our beautiful heated pool with bar area and grill. We also have cable in all rooms and wireless internet. The living room is warm and inviting space. Exceptional views, including the fountain! Quiet neighborhood, minutes to shopping, restaurant’s, walking, hiking, golfing, and tubing (May-Nov) kayaking, boating (Rentals for both) ,Saguaro Lake Marina (8 Miles away) horseback riding, etc.
