Take trolley down to water, and while not able to accommodate any boat or jet ski docking; it is perfect for fishing and swimming in deep water Lake Travis. Located in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood; we encourage family retreats only, and appreciate your understanding parties will be declined. The property’s limited grassy areas are designated for guests usage, so we do not allow pets on the property as well. This home offers everything; no one will want to leave. All guests are to be over 30yrs. old and will be subject to id verification or background check.
