The detached garage and locked owners closet are not available to guests. Plenty of Ubers are also available to take you uptown or to one of the many other neighboring areas!Other Things to Note:The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.Interaction with Guests:Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency.
