Under new ownership, and having gone through a major renovation from head to toe, the new owner’s also took over property management and make every effort to meet and greet all of their guests and provide special touches to make your vacation enjoyable. Formally known as The Rockmont Annex, this historic beach home has an entirely new look and feel. The feedback has been wonderful. While maintaining some of its classic charm and feel, all of the latest amenities to ensure you enjoy your stay will be a great one, have been added to this home. Enjoy 2 generous bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with 2 full sized beds, along with a nicely appointed living room (with pull out sleeper couch). Wonderful details throughout, including a fully appointed kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and living room. Flat screen tv with cable, and DVD. Full bathroom with oversized shower and private laundry. Nice yard with plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Great feel, great space, and great location at Short Sands beach!
