Exit the bedroom into the combined dining/living room and you’ll see a leather sleeper sofa and two chairs to accommodate five. Pull the dining room chairs into the living area to seat a total of 11 adults. A family-friendly entertainment center (44-inch television, Blu-Ray disc player, DVD player and extensive video library) completes this first gathering area. Lush foliage and a stream can be seen from sliders which open to a quiet patio with a bistro table and seating for two. Past the sliders is a second sitting area with ceiling fan, which accommodates four right outside the primary suite. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, chair, bench at the foot of the bed, 33-inch television, a triple dresser and another ceiling fan. A large custom closet with shelving units, and an oversize bath with single vanity, shower/tub complete the primary bath. A $60 pet fee qualifies your pooch to enjoy your vacation with you. Amenities include a pool, gym and two tennis courts. The unit has one covered dedicated parking space with unsheltered guest parking for six vehicles close by.Harbor Oaks, a secluded, quiet condominium community just 0.8 miles from the beach, is located in the Village, the island’s downtown.
