Summary:Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this suite on the 2nd floor of the OV Mosaic in Norfolk, VA.Located near the beautiful East Beach in Norfolk, VA, the OV Mosaic is a professionally managed, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished 2-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo.Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.-All utilities included in monthly rentGuests are given one parking spot in the lot.Any vehicles parked on the street by guests and not in the parking lot will be asked to be moved 24/7. Any vehicle that is parked on the street by a guest, and is not responding to communication on rectifying this in a timely manner, will be towed. This is a requirement by the City, and we will be enforcing it.**Strict no party policy** (see house rules below for additional details)The Space:Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a queen size bedBedroom 2: Second bedroom has a queen size bed*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55″” Smart TV and high-speed wifi.The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.Guest Access:Access is by private door with door code.Guests will have the entire house to themselves.The Neighborhood:This property is central to all local Ocean View and East Beach restaurants.Getting Around:Guests are given one parking spot in the lot.Any vehicles parked on the street by guests and not in the parking lot will be asked to be moved 24/7. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Check-in is anytime after 4PMCheck-out Instructions- Check-out is 11am- Clean the dishes & return them.- Turn TV off- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter- Lock door behind youInteraction with Guests:Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
