Summary:Welcome to the Ocean View Mosaic Suites!The Serene Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) designed with comfortability and enjoyment in mind. This condo is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach.Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.-All utilities included in monthly rent**Strict no party or event policy (anything over max occupancy of 4 people is considered a party/event). See house rules below for more information**”The Space:Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bedBedroom 2: The bedroom has a queen size bedThere is no ramp or elevator in this house.There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55″ Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.Guest Access:Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.The Neighborhood:This property is centrally located to all local Ocean View restaurants, historic district, and the beach.Getting Around:Parking – Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designated street parking.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste. Excessive pet hair will result in a damages fee.• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.Check-out Instructions:- Check-out is 11am- Clean the dishes & return them- Turn TV off- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter- Lock door behind youInteraction with Guests:Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
