Any vehicle that is parked on the street by a guest, and is not responding to communication on rectifying this in a timely manner, will be towed. This is a requirement by the City, and we will be enforcing it.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Check-in is anytime after 4PMCheck-out Instructions- Check-out is 11am- Clean the dishes & return them.- Turn TV off- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter- Lock door behind youInteraction with Guests:Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
