Park under the house and ride the elevator to the main floor where you are greeted with an expansive ocean view, over the top kitchen, comfortable living spaces and huge covered porch looking up and down the beach. The main floor features a full laundry room and two bedrooms as well. The top floor has 4 bedrooms and a large secondary living and entertainment area. Two of the bedrooms are located along the oceanfront and provide access to a 2nd covered deck to enjoy the great beach view! For your convenience, there is also another laundry room on this floor.
