Waterside Village, a mixed use building, is conveniently located in downtown Steamboat Springs on Yampa Street. This beautiful, townhome is situated directly across from the river and famous Howelsen Hill on the quite side of downtown.The stunning library is a 1 block away and a stroll through the park or swim in the Yampa river. Waterside Village Day Spa, where you can pamper yourself, is located in Waterside Village. Art galleries and local museums are a short walk away. The newly renovated Old Town Hot Spring pool and gym is about 6 blocks away. You can walk to the downtown Chief Theater to see some local talent. And of course there are fabulous restaurants at all price levels all within walking distance.Fish in the Yampa River in the spring and fall right across the street!During the summer you can watch folks raft, kayak, tube and fish the Yampa River from the deck, or walk 400 yards to the famous “C” hole and watch kayakers perform tricks. At low water the “C” hole is a wonderful place to sunbathe and swim (remember to practice good river ethics). Throw open the windows of the Master Bedroom and listen to the roar of the river at High Water. You can join the bike and walking path that runs along the river for miles without having to ride through traffic. If you are playing a baseball game at Howelsen Hill you can cross the bridge 2 blocks away and be at your game.
