Overlooks inland freshwater pond. Close to beaches, golf courses & restaurants.One queen bedroom that also has a twin bed in it. One King Bed. Queen pullout couch in finished basement. The pictures on the website are a few years old – I have been trying unsuccessfully to update the bedroom pictures showing the King bed bedroom & Queen bed bedroom that also has a twin bed beside it. Pillows and blankets are supplied. Please bring your own sheets & towels or call Cape Cod Linen at 508-257-7166 for your needs. Fully equipped kitchen. deck off of the living room overlooking the freshwater pond with gas grill, outdoor table & chairs on the deck. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is approximately one mile away. Two golf courses are approximately 4-5 miles from the property. Convenient groceries at Stop & Shop as well as CVS Pharmacy are one mile from the house. Pleasant Bay Beaches are a 10 minute drive where parking is free and open to the public. Red River Beach is less than a 10 minute drive and overlooks Nantucket Sound. Harwich Port itself is a charming area with small shops, restaurants, and beaches. Owners are retired but still work from upstairs apartment & office and live on the premises in the upstairs apartment which they access by separate outdoor walkway, and are available for any assistance you may need! Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check out is at 10:00 a.m.! Please make sure young children are supervised on the back deck and be very cautious in the front driveway area- its a very busy road & please park so that you do not need to back out of driveway!
