Owner Operated…Oct. 2022 Renovated, Beach Front Private Balcony Luxury CondoNew Tile, New walk in showers in Guest and Master fully updated October 2022.This condo is at Emerald Beach Resort (Unit# 1230) and sleeps 6 people, has an onsite Starbucks, a beach side pool, and a kiddie pool as well as a Fabulous Tikki bar, 2 hot tubs and a Sky Walk Bar with Daily Happy Hour Specials, located in the walkover. The resort is only 1.2 miles from Pier Park so there is plenty of stuff to do within walking distance. The unit is updated with all new bedding in every room, new tile through out the condo, new towels, a 50″ smart TV with a DVD players in each bedroom and living room. The condo has a beautiful view located on the 12th floor. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 twin bunk beds. Cable TV and a cable box are in both bedrooms and living room, personal washer/dryer (inside the condo), Upgraded Hi – Speed Wi-Fi in unit, blender, coffee maker and a Keurig 2.0, toaster and a full array of cooking utensils. In the master bathroom there is a huge garden tub for the ultimate relaxation. There is no hassle of having to go check in or out, you receive a door code through email and you just go straight to your room when you arrive, and when you leave all you have to do is close the door behind you (no having to keep up with key cards and worrying about turning anything in).It is important to remember that we cannot guarantee you get the days you want until you make arrangements and your deposit.
