FULLY furnished! Everything you need to feel just like you are at home! A very short walk down the street to the Art District, shops Tuesday Fresh Market, restaurants, art galleries and more!This 2 bedroom home is the owner’s with three 42″ HD flat screen cable televisions. If you have specialty shows you like to keep up with, Netflix, etc., we suggest bringing your own fire-stick. Enjoy the front sunroom, beautiful large landscaped private courtyard, and front deck with water view, porch swing, cable, Wi-Fi and shared laundry. Brand new large tiled shower just completed.Both Bedrooms have comfy new queen beds. The living room has comfy chair and a double couch recliner for your comfort and a great couch. We can provide a queen blow up mattress for extra guests. This home sleeps up to four comfortably, but can accommodate six.Walk to Gulfport’s quaint stores, fresh markets, gourmet restaurants, city library, Senior Center, little theater. Nightly dancing at the historic Casino. Enjoy the beach activities, volleyball, swimming, children’s playground, Gulfport Recreation Center, or fishing from the pier.For relaxation, just enjoy the peaceful beach and swing on your front deck.You can cook out on the gas grill in your huge adjoining private shared courtyard. The beautifully landscaped courtyard accommodates you and visiting guests easily with plenty of seating. For security purposes, we have “outdoor only” front and side of home monitoring for security and storm/hurricane purposes.Only 15 minutes to Tropicana Field and Downtown St. Petersburg. Discover Florida’s best-kept secret…Gulfport! We are right down the street from all the activity in town yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Really is the absolute perfect location! You will love it!The historic Gulfport Casino is an event venue, If you like gambling, check out the Hard Rock Casino, it’s only 37 minutes away.Dogs under 35 lbs. are considered (just ask us) with restrictions and a pet cleaning fee.
