Has been renovated with hardwood floors, vinyl windows and balcony door, hanging microwave, Trex Deck and new 60″ Flatscreen HD TV with surround sound. Wi-Fi Internet, Digital AT&T Uverse HD Cable, personal deck encompassed with beautiful tropical plants, 2 fish tanks to entertain, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and Washer/ Dryer Onsite, Feel Free to pick fruit off of the plants growing onsite.Please use any food items you would like. A wide assortment of teas, spices, chips and drinks are available at your convenience.Also Included is lots of towels for just in case you need extras for the beach.Walk just 1 block to a wonderful shopping center with ALL you could possibly need. Great supermarket, 24-hr convenience stores, pharmacy, fabulous restaurants, gym, coffee shops etc..Downtown, The Gaslamp, Ocean Beach, Seaworld, Hillcrest, North Park, Old Town, The Zoo and Balboa Park is 10-15 minutes away. La Jolla is 1.5 miles away, and an easy bike ride to and up the coast!Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned.
