If you plan to bring your dog note that pet must be FULLY house trained (sorry ~ no cats due to owner allergy). Please inquire with your prospective dates for booking.A word about the City of Los Angeles Home-Sharing Ordinance:The Two Palms is registered with the city of Los Angeles in compliance with all local regulations and requirements for home sharing. Per city ordinance, for stays of 30 DAYS OR LESS there is a 14% transient occupancy tax charged by VRBO and remitted directly to the city of Los Angeles. For stays of 31 days or more there is NO occupancy tax charged as these do not fall under the ‘short term rental’ classification. Please note that the property owner does NOT receive monies for occupancy tax or security deposit which are held and disbursed by VRBO. Per Los Angeles City Home Sharing Code – Two Palms guests will be given a “Code of Conduct” which will include information on safety and security requirements as well as good-neighbor principles.
