Your own private world class retreat in the back yard!** New professional pool as well as new wood (laminate) flooring installed throughout living areas and all bedrooms.The home has large open areas for you and your guests to relax, including couches, comfy chairs, bar stools and patio furniture in the back yard. The bar includes a large wine refrigerator as well as plenty of space for your favorite spirits.In the morning, make your favorite espresso drink using the Breville Barista Touch, which guides you via touch screen to made the perfect latte, cappuccino, flat white or coffee (and many other drinks) including built-in coffee grinder and milk steamer. Also provided is a Keurig machine and standard coffee maker for the less adventurous :)Relax by the gorgeous saltwater pool in the back yard and enjoy the warm desert sunshine as you watch the bighorn sheep traverse the mountain behind the house.
