Pull your car out of the provided four parking spots, or travel like a local on the free island trolley!Whether you spend the day shopping in Holmes Beach or listening to the waves of the Gulf crash against the sand, you’ll love coming home to cool off in the shared pool. Dry off and head back to the cottages to start preparing for dinner. Two kitchens, a gas grill, and fresh ingredients from nearby shops ensure a feast you’ll always remember! Afterwards, head to either of the living areas to unwind with free WiFi, DVDs, or your new favorite beach read. Don’t forget to head up to the rooftop patio to catch a spectacular gold, magenta, and lavender sunset!This listing consists of two beach cottages – Sunfish 102 for six guests and Sunfish 104 for four, for a total occupancy of 10. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
