Enjoy watching the ocean waves out the living room window or cozy up on the couch to enjoy a movie or show on the television in the living room with cable and DVD player available for your use.All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully supplied with cookware, bake-ware, small appliances, a microwave, and dishwasher. The washer/dryer is also available to all guests. An electric barbecue grill is located on the deck for grilling.This is a premium condo offering remodeled upgrades throughout the entire condo! Relax in a comfortable home right above the sand!Parking is plentiful, and is just steps from the front door. The condo is on the third floor, and we have luggage carts to help assist from the ground to second level, just a small flight of stairs to the third!
