Our beach condo is Professionally managed – Sanitized with On Site staff 7 days a week!Shorebird 146 is very peaceful with partial ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and patio. This home is on the beach level – so no stairs to climb, with beach access just a few steps away. This condo faces Santa Cruz which provides beautiful sunsets. Cook up some barbecue in your own patio with a propane BBQ, located in the chest outside, and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.Free high speed wireless. Remodeled living room and kitchen provide a lavish atmosphere perfect for a family of 4-6. Master bedroom has an exquisite King sized bed and guest bedroom has two comfortable queen sized beds.Santa Cruz is a short drive away and great fun for the kids and the young at heart. Take a trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, and the great restaurants in Monterey, as well as great restaurants and shops just a few miles away in Moss Landing. Carmel and Big Sur are wonderful day trips as well!There is a lobby store inside the north gate (look for the ‘Shorebirds’ entrance sign) that sells beer and wine, as well as clothing, gifts, and snacks. You can also borrow a movie for free while you’re there, and pick up the daily newspaper, hot coffee, free sports equipment, ice, and nearly anything you may have forgotten. Take a look at the fabulous kites as well and other Pajaro Dunes souvenirs!Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Have a splendid time gathering seashells, sand dollars, watching seabirds and maybe even a sea otter!
