This condo faces Santa Cruz for those amazing sunsets.Our Pelican Point condo offers a California King in the master, Queen in the guest bedroom and in the third bedroom, overlooking the river and ocean, offers 2 twin futon sofa sleepers. The futons are the black sofas in the second living room. The sofa sleepers are most comfortable for young adults and children.Borrow free movies at our lobby store when you check in and enjoy a movie on the living room flat screen TV ! You’ll also have the convenience of an in home washer & dryer for your beach towels!Our property management company will help with anything you might need to further enjoy your stay. Ask about special coastal gifts to take memories home; perhaps about nearby attractions.
