Our condo faces the Monterey Bay providing the best views of the sunrise.Our home is on the top level of Pelican Point Building C. There are 3 levels to the condo building, you may access the home using the ramps or stairs. Our home has beautiful unobstructed views of the Monterey Bay and Moss Landing. High ceilings, fireplace, and 2 Flat Screen TVs, DVD/VCR, CD & iPod player, and set up for Roku/Netflix. Stroll our beaches while dolphin & whale watching with the sandpipers & pelicans. This is a truly peaceful oasis yet just a short drive to all the area attractions.Kayak through Elkhorn Slough to view the sea otters; enjoy on site tennis courts, scenic strolls thru the dunes, & most of all, the Monterey Bay.This lovely condo is about 900 sq. ft.
