Pajaro Dunes is such a special place for many, yet not too many have stayed at this secluded beach hideaway! Our coastal community is located between Santa Cruz and Monterey, California off Highway 1. The resort is a blend of 550 private residences and vacation rental homes and condominiums.Our condominium is located in the Shorebirds complex of the Pajaro Dunes beach comunity. Located on the second level, our condo has beautiful full ocean views! Our condo faces Monterey which gives amazing sunrise views. Being on the second level, you have easy ramp access or your choice of stairs to get to our home. We do have older decor and furnishings, but our home is clean and comfortable. We have a king bed in the ocean front master bedroom and a Queen & Twin – great for an another couple , or for teens or little ones. Step out your patio door and listen to the ocean waves crashing onto the shore. We bought new furniture for the living room, but we still have our beloved oversized chair that’s just too cozy to get rid of just yet. We have made our home affordable with discounted rates for those to enjoy a beach getaway. We’re doing updates here and there, so please let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable!Pajaro Dunes Resort is perfect for a family vacation or great place to connect with friends! Away from the distractions of everyday life or the hustle & bustle of city life. Admire the beauty of the sand dunes and enjoy miles of untouched shoreline. Collect sand dollars on the beach and watch the wildlife right outside your window. Our property features tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and biking & walking paths. Walk the secluded pristine beach with panoramic views from Pebble Beach to Santa Cruz. We are close to Harkins Slough, a beautiful protected waterway where you can kayak or take a boat tour. We’re close to enjoy a day in Carmel wine tasting, exploring the Monterey Bay Aquarium, hiking in Big Sur or laughing at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. There’s much to do and we’re right in the middle of all the fun. Come stay & play or kick up your feet with some Vitamin Sea!
