Our family is renting our beautiful condo in the Village at Palisades/Squaw Valley. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor corner unit is flooded with sunlight and views of Red Dog lift & run. The vaulted ceilings give this unique unit a spacious feel. The condo is in the heart of Squaw Valley’s vibrant shops and restaurants. Park your car in our underground heated garage.Note: We DO NOT rent to anyone under 25 and we may require proof of age .The master bedroom has a plush California king bed. The 2nd bedroom is perfect for adults or kids with a queen/twin bunk beds. The living room has a brand new pullout couch.The unit has high-speed internet and a 50″ TV.2-day minimum, long weekends, 3-day minimum.Our condo is one of the largest 2 bedroom units you can find in the Village. We have 1,063 sqft floor space, with views of the Red Dog chairlift and mountain. There are two bathrooms including a large master bathroom.Being in the heart of Squaw Valley Village, there may be sounds of live music, over-night snow plowing (music to my ears!), and the occasional car alarm.Amenities include:- High-speed internet.- 50″ TV in the living room.- Newly re-furnished living room and dining area- Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen.- Free use of village facilities – 5 hot tubs, Sauna, pool table, gym, kids play room.- Free covered underground parking.- Walk to ski lifts, cable car and Funitel in minutes.- Walk to Squaw hiking trails.- Walk to free shuttle stop for Alpine meadows and Resort at Squaw Creek.
