The complex features a very large heated pool and onsite laundry room. The complex is about one half block to the beach and is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Palm Cay is a popular Holmes Beach rental complex and this unit is only 71 steps to the beach. We counted!This unit overlooks the pool and features an open kitchen, dining and living area with one bedroom and one bath on the ground level with a queen size bed. The upper level features two bedrooms, one bath and a den, complete with a wet bar area and mini refrigerator.The living room features a 46″ HD flat screen television with a Blue Ray DVD player. The main bedroom has a 36″ flat screen television and the upstairs den has a 32″ flat screen television as well, both guest bedrooms have flat screen televisions also.Palm Cay 5 will sleep six with a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a king bed and two twin beds in the upstairs bedrooms.Palm Cay is a one week minimum rental.Not pet friendlyParking is limited to two vehicles.You are vacationing in a residential area.
