The home is equipped with wood floors in living room, dining room, and all bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms.The back patio is an oasis under a beautiful Oak canopy offering a cool and quiet area to enjoy the outdoors, a cookout with electric grill, time with family or an evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the serenity of the island. This home is fully sealed and features a dehumidifier which improves air quality and comfort within the home, especially during summer!Space on the island is limited, but Palm Ct. 5 offers a spacious driveway with comfortable parking for numerous vehicles. The kids can even enjoy a round of ping pong in the finished room above the garage, equipped with a window AC for added comfort.
