There is a $50 cleaning pet fee for our furry friends. Please let us know if you plan on coming with your pet when booking.No pets on the furniture, bedding or in the pool.The city of Palm Desert requires that all dogs be on a LEASH whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pet.*** POOL HEATER FEE ***optional pool heating fee for $30/day, and if selected, it must be heated for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know no later than 48 hours before your arrival, if you would like to heat the pool. We will ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 90 degrees. (Recommended October thru May)These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.*** FOR YOUR SECURITY ***The property is equipped with on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms and motion sensors or exterior cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.***CLEANING FEE***There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $250 which goes to pay for our professional cleaners.
