Quiet neighborhood just blocks away from Palm Desert Country Club. Gorgeous new kitchen and bathroom. Citrus trees surrounding the back yard. Close to restaurants and shopping. 1.5 miles away to Indian Wells Tennis stadium which is a thirty-minute walk. Also, tennis stadium has pick up bus to go to Coachella music festival.The 2 bedrooms are furnished with a new king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the other bedroom. Master bathroom has a newly tiled shower and all new fixtures. Kitchen is large with all new small appliances air fryer, toaster, rice cooker and many more items. In the backyard citrus trees and covered seating area to relax. Also, fully equipped gas BBQ. Out front carport and also security camera mounted front of house for extra safety.We here to make you stay enjoyable. Everything you need let us know. We will do our best.As of 10/17/22 . We have recently upgraded brand new washer and dryer in unit, new fire pit in the backyard and automatic Robot vacuum for easy maintenance.
