The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, each with their own sliding glass doors to the back patio. The primary bedroom has a Cal king, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The master has an attached bathroom and the guest bathroom is detached from the guest room, both offering a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers an office space! Enjoy multiple pools throughout the community and private BBQ! Tennis, Pickleball, and golf are all available for an additional fee.***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS***-Strict sound ordinance-25 year age minimum for booking-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 + tax per pet per day-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over-External contract to be signed-25mph speed limit STRICTLY enforced.
