Our wonderful condominium is an end-unit, single level, and is located on hole One South of the Monterey Country Club! Monterey is a beautiful neighborhood with fantastic neighbors, great pools, and a nice clubhouse! There are 37 pools and spas throughout the neighborhood, and our views of the mountains and course are second to none!Palm Desert is in the sweet spot between Palm Springs and LaQuinta. It’s a stone’s throw away from El Paseo shopping district, great hiking, GOLF, casinos, and grocery stores such as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms. Our home has a clean, minimalist/ transitional style and has been lightly updated (new wood look, vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint). It’s fully furnished, including linens, and the beds are super comfy. Two of the bedrooms have organic/ non-toxic mattresses for those of you who may be concerned about that sort of thing.The patio has been expanded and has a firepit, sectional couch seating, two chaise lounges and a dining table. The KitchenAid built in BBQ is a fun addition for those who enjoy grilling it up!There are beach cruiser bikes available for your use, as well as floats for the pool! Dual zone HVAC, WiFi, iron/ steamer, pool towels, coffee maker, tea kettle, plenty of high quality cook and bakeware! We think you’ll like it here as much as we do 🙂
