However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it’s missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you’ve received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier.
