Outdoor patio areas are fully appointed with brand new Restoration Hardware dining for 10, outdoor sofas, loungers and umbrellas.Sited on a fully hedged corner lot in the historical Old Las Palmas neighborhood, adjacent homes are priced into the multi-million dollar range. Walk to fine and casual eateries, retail shops and morning coffee.This home is meticulous and has been freshly painted. New linens, bedding and is fully stocked for your complete enjoyment.Outdoors–new Restoration Hardware sofas, numerous lounges and dining table and chairs for 8 along with umbrellas and pool floats as well.PALM SPRINGS RENTAL PERMIT ID# 3121***This home will not be rented as a ” party pad” ***NO EXCEPTIONS! During COVID 19 the City of Palm Springs prohibits guests from entertaining guests not included in the rental contract and is issuing fines of up to $5,000.00. This is seriously a place for rest and relaxation, we are not interested in large groups who’s intent is to party . ALSO please note we are NOT interested in haggling or negotiating our rates. During summer heat our electric bill is $3,000 per month or $100.00 a day. Thanks for understanding.Deposits are fully refundable for reservations canceled with 30 days notice. Damage deposit is held by HomeAway/VRBO and is usually refunded within 24 hours of departure assuming no damage etc. WHEN DEPARTING if you fail to lock & secure all doors and gates and an intruder gains access, you will ultimately be responsible for anything that is stolen, missing or damaged, even if not by you or your invitees.During this pandemic the property is kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between renters both for the safety of guests and our cleaning personel.If the home is vacant prior to and after your stay, we may be able to offer late or early check in at no additional cost as a courtesy to help you enjoy your stay a bit more!PLEASE NOTE: THE $450.00 cleaning fee is for our staff to clean after normal and typical use. It does not give carte blanche to mistreat or be purposely careless. It takes a staff of 2 approximately 6 hours to launder sheets, towels and properly clean to our high standards. Any need to clean excessive abuse will be charged against your 1500.00 deposit. We take incredible pride in our level of cleanliness laundering all linens even if beds appear to have not been used to ensure sanitary conditions for all of our guests.Additionally, if you have an issue with the cleanliness when you check in and don’t alert us promptly, it shall be assumed you are satisfied with the level of cleanliness thus voiding your right to make an assertation after the fact.Sorry–NO PETS AND during COVID 19 we are limiting groups to 6 people only.Property Manager is a licensed CA Realtor.
