A dramatic staircase leads to the 2nd Floor Master Suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and the Loft/Den looking down into the great room.Our 2006 architectural masterpiece is an exclusive private residence, with its own private heated pool and spa. The home is beautifully appointed with classic mid-century furnishing throughout; the Great room also contains a gas fire fireplace and wood beamed ceilings, which compliments the adjacent dining/kitchen area. A bedroom (en suite) is located on the main floor; ascend the staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find the Loft/Den with its own full bath, closet and cable television. Peer over the wall of the loft for a sweeping bird’s eye view of the great room. The 2nd floor also consists of another full sized bedroom (en suite) with private balcony and walk-in closet.
