For the bocce ball beginners or enthusiasts, you’ll enjoy the backyard court where you can play in the sun in full view of the mountains.The totally walled and gated yard is wrapped in mature 10′ tall Ficus creating total privacy from the outside world. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time.
