To top it off, there is a patio door that delivers easy access to the pool deck.The first guest bedroom has many of the other amenities found in the primary suite, including a flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious slide door closet. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the final guest bedroom that includes two twin size beds, ceiling fan, and a mirrored sliding-door closet.The full kitchen is supplied with everything you need to whip up poolside snacks or culinary masterpieces. This home is designed to deliver a one-of-a-kind Palm Springs vacation.Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
