There is plenty of parking with a large horseshoe driveway in front. The house is situated in the very quiet and cool Racquet Club Estates neighborhood among many restored and beautiful midcentury modern homes.Minimum stay is 2-3 nights with 3 night minimums over holidays and prime season. 2 night stays are possible in the summer or midweek or when there are only 2 nights available on the calendar.The interior of the house is furnished with midcentury style and decor, but maintains a comfortable and cozy feel. Full kitchen and brand new appliances, including fridge, gas oven and range, microwave and dishwasher. The house also has washer and dryer, towels and linens, Nest controlled A/C, Wifi controlled music, 4 smart TVs, complimentary Netflix, Disney, HBO and cable TV, yoga mats and plenty of furniture pieces that can be used as work from home spaces.We purchased this home in January 2021 and restored much of the indoor and outdoor areas of the home. We are excited to share our home with you. Kids are welcome. Dogs are also welcome at an additional $100/dog fee. There may be an additional cleaning fee taken from the security deposit for urine smell or excessive dog hair left in the house, and $25 fee for each dog poop that must be picked up outside.There is no smoking allowed in the house and cigarette butts must be thrown away. The security deposit will be forfeited if this rule is violated. Music must not be loud enough to hear from the street or neighboring homes and no music is permitted after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced in Palm Springs, so violations will result in the police arriving at the home and a fine of $500.
