No cameras are facing the pool. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected- NOTE: Please be aware there is weekly property maintenance: Pool cleaning Wednesday & Saturday (8:30-11:00 AM), Gardener; Monday (9:00-9:30 AM), Pest Control; second Wednesday of each month (9:00-10:00 AM)- NOTE: The pool cleaner comes 8:30-11:00 AM. Gardener time change 9-9:30 every Monday. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom- Virtual Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must participate in a Facetime call upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations.
