Community Security monitors guest vehicles, therefore, no unregistered guests nor vehicles are allowed.Please read and accept our simple House Rules prior to booking.1. Guest reserving stay must be at least 25 yrs old with valid and uploaded picture ID. Front door security camera will be used to ensure that the responsible individual making the reservation is the person who is checking in and staying.2. Maximum number of guests is 6 at any time. City and Palm Valley regulations do not allow for more than 2 guests per bedroom, and this is closely monitored by security.3. Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the property.4. No smoking.5. No pets.6. No parties or loud music. Noise levels are monitored and respect for our neighbors is priority.7.
